Psychological Risk Assessment (GBU Psyche)
GBU Psyche – a legal requirement since 2013. Digital employee surveys, anonymous and data-protection compliant, professionally evaluated with recommendations for action.
A legal requirement since 2013
Under the ArbSchG (German Occupational Safety and Health Act), employers have been required since 2013 to assess psychological stress in the workplace. The German employers' liability insurance associations and accident insurance funds have identified psychological stress as a key focus of the risk assessment (Gefährdungsbeurteilung).
At BESTMED 360, we support you in fulfilling this obligation with our digital employee survey — anonymous, data-protection compliant and professionally evaluated.
